Ashley was born in Norfolk and spent most of his early years there.

 He entered show business when he was twelve years old and gave his first public show for the princely sum of seven shillings and sixpence. (About 37.5p in today’s money), and has been involved with it, in one form or another, ever since.

Ashley has a relaxed manner on stage, which tends to instil confidence and trust, an invaluable asset when presenting Mind Reading Magic and motivational type entertainments.

Ashley is a person who likes people, and although he hates the driving, he loves meeting people from all over the country and from all walks of life.  Whilst he has a very easygoing nature, he will admit that unreliable people are one of his pet hates!  He prides himself on his own reliability.

Ashley is a Capricorn and is fairly true to his Star Sign apart from the fact that he is rather less ambitious than he should be. 

Ashley enjoys eating out, reading, designing web sites and watching television.

Ashley holds a Full EQUITY CARD, and is also Vice-President of the British Council of Professional Stage Hypnotists.
